Sensitizing U: About our Faith

4INJGood'We, the Inward Jew Nation in Christ (Guyana, South America) believe in a single (Monos) God, the Father of all and Most High God, who is a divine Spirit. [John 4:23-24] Yahweh changes not…. [Malachi 3:6] Again, “God is not a man, that He should lie; neither the son of man that He should repent.” [Numbers 23:18-19]

The religious beliefs and practices and the way of life of the Inward Jew Nation in Christ, Guyana, South America is known by us as In-Jewism. We are a nation. [1 Peter 2:9-10]

INJEWISM: was coined from the term “Jew inwardly”+ism. (Romans 2:29) And our belief in a single God (Monotheism) is also characteristic of InJewism. The monotheism that characterizes InJewism, with origin in Guyana South America, is our recognition and acceptance of Yahweh our Creator of the Universe as the single object of worship: and “though there be that are called gods, to us there is but One God, the Father, for whom we live and serve, through Christ His Son. [Deuteronomy 6:4-9; 1 Corinthians 8:5-6]

Sub-Topic: Yahweh’s Immediate Sign to King Ahaz

“Moreover the Lord said unto me, take a great roll, and write in it with a man’s pen concerning Ma-her-shal-al-hash-baz. And I took unto me faithfull witnesses to record, Uriah the priest, and Zech-a-ri-ahth son of Jeberechiah. And I went unto the prophetess; and she conceived, and bare a son. Then said the Lord to me, call His name Ma-her-shal-al-hash-baz. For before the Child shall have knowledge to cry, my father, and my mother, the riches of Damascus and the spoil of Samaria shall be taken away before the King of Assyria….” [Isaiah 8:1-5]

Beloved, in order to under fully Isaiah 8:1-5], a background study is necessary.

A background study

Prior to the death of King Solomon, the twelve tribes of Israel (Jacob children) were united as a people under his reign. But after his death, the twelve tribes of Israel were split in to two main kingdoms: The ten tribes—known also as Ephraim, or Israel, under king Jeroboam developed the Northern Kingdom, which was known as Samaria. And the other two tribes, namely, Benjamin and Judah, under the rule King Rehoboam, the son of King Solomon, developed the Southern Kingdom [1 King 14:21]

A succession of Kings followed after the kings Jeroboam of the Northern kingdom, and Rehoboam, the son of King Solomon, of the Southern Kingdom respectively. And it was in the days of Ahaz, the grandson of Jotham, and son of Uzziah, king of Judah, when Rezin the king of Syria, and Pekah the Son of Remaliah, king of Israel attacked Jerusalem, but “could not prevail against it.” [Isaiah 7:1] Subsequently, the news of the attempted invasion by the two confederates, the kings of Syria and of Samaria (Ephraim) got to the ears of king Ahaz and his people, and their hearts moved, “as the trees of the wood are moved with the wind.” [Isaiah 7:2] While still perplexed and discomforted at the sudden news, the Lord intervened and sent Isaiah to Judah the House of David, along with his son Shearyashub (meaning a remnant will return) to meet King Ahab, who was at the Fuller’s Field at the time,[Isaiah 7:3] and to say to him:

“Take heed, and be quiet, fear not, neither be faint hearted for the two tails of these smoking firebrands, for the fierce anger of Rezin with Syria, Ephraim (the ten tribes known as Israel] and the Son of Remaliah, have taken counsel against thee saying:

“Let us go up against Judah, and vex it, and let us make a breach (attack) there in for us, and set a king in the midst of it, even the son of Tabela. Thus said the Lord God “It shall not stand, neither shall it come to pass.” [Isaiah 7:7]
According to Yahweh, who has the last say in all the affairs of men, Damascus is the Capital of Syria, and Rezin is the king, who rules over Damascus; and within 65 year, that is, from that time Isaiah the Prophet delivered Yahweh’s message to king Ahab: Ephraim, the said ten tribes kingdom] shall be broken, that it be not a people.” [Isaiah 7:8]

According to Yahweh final say: and the capital of Ephraim is Samaria, and the Peka, the son of Remaliah is the king who rules Samaria. And Isaiah the prophet also said to king Ahaz, thus said the Lord, “If ye will not believe, surely ye shall not be established.” [Isaiah 7:9]

Among the several messages Yahweh used the prophet Isaiah to deliver to king Ahaz of Judah of the house of David, there are two main prophetic sayings I will deal with at different times in this Seventeenth Inward Jew Coffee/Juice Break Chat are:

  • “…The Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call His name Immanuel. Butter and honey shall He eat, that He may know to refuse the evil, and choose the good. Before the child shall know to refuse the evil and choose the good, the land that thou abhorrest (dislike) shall be forsaken of her kings. The Lord shall bring upon thee and upon thy people, and upon thy father’s house days that have not come, from the day that Ephraim departed from Judah;[ even the king of Assyria. And it shall come to pass in that day, that the lord shall his for the fly that is in the utmost part of the rivers of Egypt, and for the bee that is in the land of Assyria. And they shall come and shall rest all of them in the desolate valleys, and in the holes of the rocks, and upon all thorns, and upon all bushes. In the same day shall the Lord shave with a razor that is hired, namely, by them beyond the river, by the king of Assyria, the head, the hair of the feet; and it shall also consume the beard….”
  • “Moreover the Lord said unto me, take a great roll, and write in it with a man’s pen concerning Ma-her-shal-al-hash-baz. And I took unto me faithful witnesses to record, Uriah the priest, and Zech-a-ri-ahthe son of Jeberechiah. And I went unto the prophetess; and she conceived, and bare a son. Then said the Lord to me, call His name Ma-her-shal-al-hash-baz. For before the child shall have knowledge to cry, my father, and my mother, the riches of Damascus and the spoil of Samaria shall be taken away before the King of Assyria… And he shall pass through Judah; he shall overflow and go over, he shall reach even to the neck; and the stretching out of his wings shall fill the breath of thy land, O Immanuel….”Our inward Jew interpretation on Isaiah’s prophesy concerning the virgin birth of a male child

Beloved, I will shed some light as I am led on the second prophesy so as to let you see the difference between it [Isaiah 8:1-5] and the virgin birth of a son.[Isaiah 7:14]

First, according to the pure Word, Isaiah was married to a prophetess, and they had a son, namely, Shéarjash’ub, with whom he took with him to meet King Ahaz, “at the upper end of the conduit of the upper pool in the highway of the fuller’s field” [Isaiah 7:3]

Second, as a result, Isaiah’s wife was not a virgin and therefore that prophesy about the virgin birth of a son whose name would be Immanuel [Isaiah 7:14] was not applicable to prophetess and Isaiah her husband. Besides king Ahaz would have long been dead before the fulfillment of Isaiah’s long term prophesies in Chapter 7:14-20] concerning Judah and the families of the Davidic lineage, which says:

“Therefore the Lord Himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call His name Immanuel. Butter and honey shall He eat, that He might know to refuse the evil, and choose the good.  For before the child shall know to refuse the evil, and choose the good, the land that thou adhorrest shall be forsaken of both her kings. The Lord shall bring upon thee, and upon thy people, and upon thy father’s house, days that have not come, from the day E’phraim departed from Judah; even the king of Assyria… in the same day shall the Lord shave with a razor that is hired…and it shall also consume the beard….” [Isaiah 7:14-20]

The prophetic utterance which was more relevant to king Ahaz was the one that would be fulfilled in his lifetime, and more so the one that was measurable and became a reality. According to the scripture Isaiah went unto his wife (a young woman and not a virgin) and the prophetess conceived, “and bare a son,” and the Lord told him to “call his name Ma’hershal’alhash’baz. The prophetic utterance was that before Isaiah’s second son Ma’hershal’alhash’baz (meaning spoil speeds, prey hastes) shall have knowledge to cry, my father, and my mother, the riches of Damascus and the spoil of Samaria shall be taken away, by the king of Assyria.” [Isaiah 8:4] In the short term fulfillment of Isaiah’s prophesy, Yahweh’s  sign to king Ahaz meant that the two kings would die before Isaiah’s baby boy could call his parents my father, and my Mother.

And in the long term fulfillment of the said adove mentioned sign, as Yahweh would have it, it came to pass that within a thirteen years span, that is, in 722-721 B C, Samaria, this is, the ten tribes of Israel were taken into captivity [for seventy (70) years]  by the king of Assyria, and the Northern kingdom ended.

My beloved, so Isaiah’s two sons had symbolic meanings as well, for example, the name Ma’hershal’alhash’baz signified that the judgment of Judah was inevitable in terms of Judah’s future captivity, because king Ahaz put his trust in the armor of flesh. Instead of trusting God to deliver him from the kings of Syria and Israel, King Ahaz sent gifts to Tiglath-pilerser, the Assyrian king to engage his army as a mercenary to deliver him from Syria and Israel. And this angered Yahweh; hence the house of Judah’s predicted judgment. And the name Shéarjash’ub meant— a remnant would return.

My Jew Inwardly conviction and conclusion

In conclusion, Isaiah’s wife, the prophetess, was not a virgin, but a young woman, who gave birth to a son, Ma’hershal’alhash’baz s. He was Yahweh’s long term sign to king Ahaz that kings of Syria and Ephraim (10 tribes of Israel) will not triumph over Judah, — the House of David/Judah, for God is with the house of Judah, called O Immanuel. [Isaiah 8:8] The word Immanuel means God with us. Amen.

Finally, the political the war between Syria and Israel for the Golan Heights is definitely not as important as the remnant of Israel, who will return to Yahweh and receive their Messiah (Christ) the lion of the tribe of Judah, and be redeemed by the precious blood of Christ, eternal intercessor and head of the household of God in heaven. Let us give Yahweh praise, hallelujah!!! And of course we may use up our Coffee/Juice.

But just before we close our Chat, the Word would have us know, my Beloved, the Jews originated from Judea, and the term “Jews” came from the word Judah. And also that not all the Children of Israel were born to the distinguished house of Judah, and therefore those born outside of the house of Judah were known as Israelites. So the word “Jews” is not used loosely by those with this knowledge. I thank you kindly for reading and studying and chatting with us, the Inward Jew Nation in Christ (Guyana, South America)

Well, our time is up. It was a pleasure sharing with you spiritual things on Moment of Inward Change Coffee/Juice Break Chat. See you at our next MIC Coffee… Break, with Redeeming Luv. May God richly bless you. Shalom.
